Mary and Julia (in charge of the kitchen) take great pride in the full breakfast offered to guests. Local brown eggs, homemade jams and jellies, fresh whole wheat bread baked at Plumbush and local fruits and vegetables make up the menu each morning. We bake muffins and coffee cake daily.
In July Mary will visit the Chautauqua County Fair, purchase one of the blue
ribbon 4-H pigs and have a local processing plant make the most delicious sausage.
No fillers just pork?
